Challenge: The inspiration for this project came about due to how often people estimate the details in their task details no matter how early they start. This is due to underestimating how long preparatory actions take, such as gathering things for office, factoring in the “getting out the door” time, warming up the car, walking to the train, etc.

Solution: I created a game for the user to learn how long activities take including all the preparatory actions. The user can plug in their own tasks that they guess how long it takes to accomplish. The user then compares actual time to their guess, eventually learning how to better estimate time.

In order to keep the game fun, the design of the app brand uses humor. In the logotype, the Cross-bar of the “T” in the turns into an arm with a hand which is literally whipping the dot on the “i” into submission. I have a plan on how to monetize this game as well.
